Can anyone Help me? 

I've search through here but most of them has an error message.

While mine has not, after choosing the file and pressing "add attachment" or "update attachment"
it just reload the page and the attachment is not there. 

and no error message so I find it hard to find the problem.

Try a different theme, preferably stock MyBB theme to make sure the form structure is fine.

I've tried the default theme and its working, I wonder what should I do to make it work on my current theme sir?
