I have installed and reinstalled everything, confirmed everything is on my server, added the styles at the end of general.css and put {dvz_shoutbox} on my index template, installed reinstalled and it still looks like this:

What is up?
where have you added the style codes ?
is it in global.css in advanced edit mode ?
have you hard refreshed your browser [eg. press CTRL + F5] on forum index page ?
I added them at the end of global.css (I accidentally typed general.css), confirmed they are there for my current theme
I also erased cookies, and tried opening in a private tab in firefox and nothing
