How can I disable Printhread and archive ?

I don't think you can. You could just remove the links so nobody can use them.

Templates > Your Theme > Footer Templates > Footer

Templates > Your Theme > Showthread Templates > Showthread

{$printthread}

also archive folder & printthread.php file can be deleted from the files server
