I recently edited the registration agreement awhile ago through this method

However now i am trying to edit it again, but this time if i append a sentence, and click "Save language file" at the bottom, nothing happens. It doesnt do anything. It does not save it. Its like the button is non-existent.
Above there is red letter text that states:
In system health section all locations are writable. I dont remember if this was there before or not the last time i changed it. IF it is a warning or a problem?
Where is location of the member.lang.php file on the server? I would rather just edit it manually.
