I have problems with this as well since my site is so large the sitemap generator just stops working. A sitemap generator built in php shouldn't be too hard to make...

Roy, I use Frappr (Over a year now) Best thing going IMO. Intergrates EXTREMLY easy Just a little code to your page. I've been using it a while now and it works great, never goes down, and members use it. Plus there's a frappr community. You can even drive traffic to your site by using frappr. There's also a bunch more goodies.
