Not bad, but maybe add an X to browser when a forum is locked.
And that mario on the left side doesn't look too good. Maybe you should remove it from there, and just add it to the logo.

The black background where it says Forums etc. looks bad, maybe add a picture there, of a wiimote, or part of a screenshot of a game.
Sorry if I'm only commenting on the bad aspects of your site, but I feel those are the important ones that should be corrected in order to make your site better.

the white is too loud, the cleaniliness is okay, but a little close to boring, and the ad box is excellent!
the open space ? wheres the forum? and if everyone used the user statistics or board statistics on royal blue, then that would be saying something!
