are you getting it on the plugins page in forum admin panel or on forum regular pages ?
if it is on the plugins page then delete any .ds_store files you might have in the plugins folder

It is coming on every page other than admin panel
can we have your forum url ...
by any chance, have you edited a file (eg. global.php) on Mac system ?
run file verification tool from below location. what does it report ?
forum admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> file verification
ignore reported images & ignore files reported from install folder & its sub-folders
