Full Version: Where is error log located?

thats it, via FTP or ACP
server error log should be checked through web host control panel.

error viewer plugin can be installed & error logs can be viewed through forum admin panel

I get this error code
forum admin panel >> configuration >> Server and Optimization Options >>

* Use Error Handling --> select On
* Error Logging Medium --> select Log Errors
* Error Type Medium --> select warnings & errors
* Error Logging Location --> ./error.log

if above settings are used then forum related errors are saved in ./error.log file
and error log viewer plugin can show its contents through forum admin panel ..

Just did this and still doesn't create error.log, same issue going on there
I usually check my error logs either directly from the root, or logging into cpanel from the host.
