I have a question, so i was scrolling thru my MYSQL tables.

And i came across a table called "mybb_groupleaders"

And i am wondering what this is used for, cause i can't find any option of this in the ACP.

First i thought it maybe was so you could make a group in the ACP and then give group-leader to a member, so they can invite/kick members to this group or something, is this correct and if so where do i find it in ACP?

Leader of a group? 

The leader would be assigned as a 'Moderator' for that group and/or forum and the appropriate permissions given to that leader.

For example:

Forum = Elite Forum
Group Name = Elite Users
Leader = Moderator of the 'Elite Forum' - Assign appropriate permissions
