I installed reaction plugin, but plug in the wrong place. & Mention Me plugin does not show suggestions

From first perspective when installing/activating the plugin, there has been some kind of misconfiguration; this usually happens when the plugin(s) and theme(s) are not compatible with one another. This will need more investigating, but it's probably has something to do with find_replace_templatesets() when called inside the plugin.
* You will have to resolve this yourself as this is an unique situation or someone who also has experienced this same problem as you has a troubleshooting guide for you to follow. That or you can get someone to access your forums through admincp and resolve the issue. (You will have to make modifications to the plugin aswell so that this won't happen again if you ever decide to deactivate/uninstall any of the affected plugins)
