I configued my community with the default style again but 

I see this in Top of the index and I don't know from where it came ! 

any idea ?!

What is the URL to your forum? This could be a plugin that is causing this. Try disabling them and see if this problem still occurs. You can disable all plugins by going to:

Admin CP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Disable All Plugins

Also maybe take a look inside the index templates by going to:

Admin CP -> Templates & Styles -> Templates -> * Your Theme * -> Index Page Templates

Default Style with 0 plugins and it appear only with Admin's group !

What is the url to your forum so I can take a look? Also check inside the index templates. Please see edited reply above if you don't know how to get there.

You can delete it. {$modnotice} is for showing moderators alerts like the private message alert.

Templates > Your theme > Global Templates > global_modqueue

it would be better to not remove contents of informative messages

looks like required theme variables are missing or not working !

global_modqueue_notice template :

Well I tried to report a post to see what will happen but nothing !
Befor we get alert message, now red alert bar is alway here but without alret message!

ANY IDEA !!!
