When I try to edit the side bar
None
Select All
it keeps giving me this error why??
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
contacted my hosting they said
"Accrding to my check, a mod_Security rule triggered for the domain. We installed a Mod_Security for increasing the security of our servers. It is an Apache module which works as a web application firewall.
Unfortunately, whitelisting can be done from your side. I have whitelisted the rule. Please check if the issue continues.""
the issue is still there what shall i do??
