I tried that now but the problem persists. I put the code in footer template >> footer. At the begining of all the other codes.

I noticed that whenever I try to log in from the home page, it gives me the 'invalid_post_code' error. When I click the login link a second time (without going back to the home page), log in will be successful.

Try make a new default theme and test it. Your current theme is still showing a known bug from an older version of MyBB causing the modal to display wrong.

I can't see any issue with your form and appears to be fine.
For the modal issue, its not yet fixed completely and happens at random. If you are bothered about that modal issue here is a fix:

Thanks for your help so far. I created a new theme and template by duplicating mybb master style for theme and creating a new set for templants. I link the 2 together and made the theme the default. I force the theme on all users. The error persists.

Did you try logging in? Here is log in details: Site: http://farmersjoint.com. Username:osak. Password:osak.

Successfully logged in with that credential several times. No error.

Which browser are you using? The problem occur in google chrome phone browser. Opera mini and firefox are doing fine. I have not checked google chrome on pc yet.

Repeatedly checked in Chrome PC as well as Chrome phone. Even right now as well.
All working smooth.
Try "Clear Browsing Data" in Chrome phone under Settings > Privacy.

Seems like my chrome browser is malfunctioning. Nothing is clearing - cookies, history, stored files etc. But when I went incognito, login was smooth. I wonder if other chrome users are experiencing the same issue. Thanks a lot!

Go to Phone Settings > Apps find Chrome tap on Clear Cache +/ Clear Data (in Android)
That will reset the app to installation state.

Thank you everyone. Due to the nature of my work I have been off the internet for a while. @Efone, i believe that will solve the problem. But i don't want to loose my saved data. Thanks a lot.
