Hello,

Our forum has subfora that have selected members for private discussions that are open to subforum members. All are members of a group and other users can't see the subforum.

However, the Portal regularly displays recent posts on some basis I've never figured out. Today, the Portal featured a post to the limited forum, breaching privacy and confidentiality.

Is there any way to control what is shown in the Portal or to prevent posts to a specific subforum from appearing in the Portal?3

Admin Panel > Configuration > Portal Settings

Select forums on Forums to pull announcements from

You can also do the same on the latest discussions if you scroll to the bottom of portal settings.
