and of the hebrew we write from right to left
and of english you are write from left to right
so now i done to install the system on the server
and i want to edit the system
and pass all the left side to right side

Ahhh...now I get it. I'm not sure how you're able to do that, as the language system was built so that many of the languages it hopes to translate will be assumed to be going from left to right.
But as of right now, I don't think there is an easy way of doing this.

If you wait for the next version of MyBulletinBoard you will be able to set the direction of the language easily from Right to Left. This is a setting that can be specified by the creator of the Hebrew translation then.

Currently a preview version is being tested by beta testers, bugs are being reported and bugs are being fixed. A date has not bee set yet.
