Hello,

It's my first post here in General Support, so I hope I did everything right.
When I change my default theme with any of those downloaded in Mybb official community, group images screw up: they no longer show themselves, but rather only the file directory pops up, as if it were the group image itself.

Is there any way I can solve this?

I've attached a pic of the "group image" when changing themes.

Did you upload the Group Images inside the "root"\images\groupimages folder?

That is usually where the Group Images are uploaded to.

Did you upload the Group Images inside the "root"\images\groupimages folder?

That is usually where the Group Images are uploaded to.

I've tried it, but here's how they're shown now

Ok, look at the screenshot and check your AdminCP Users & Groups → Groups and double check your Groups settings.

How do the images show on the default MyBB theme?

The problem is, images show on the default theme just fine. I'm only having trouble whenever I try to put them on different themes.

It's likely a theme problem then.

Have you tried it on just one different theme or have you tried a few?

I've tried it on a few themes, but they all give me the same problem. Do you maybe have an idea about how I could fix the theme to make the group images show?

Yep, double checked. Everything seems fine and I wonder why it doesn't work.
