Post time: 07:11:48.
All setting files are writeable

No matter which general or user time i select, the post time does not change.
I use some plug-ins:

Recent Posts Forum Index (1.1)
View Unread Posts (1.13)

The side in not reachable for public use. Any hints what could be wrong?

Found a solution:
If you are an admin and you change the user time in the admin panel, it does not work.
If you log in as a user in the user cp, the time change is accepted. Is that a bug or a feature?

If you are talking about timezone it DOES change from both the ends.
Might be some issues at your end.

If it is behaving like that, than it is possible that it is a bug. I will suggest you to report it here so that it can be officially looked into

Was my fault. Changed for test purposes the wrong user. Everything works as expected. Thanks.
