Hello,

I hope I'm in the right section to ask this question. I have purchased a domain from OVH and then linked it to a VPS in which my forum is hosted. The problem is, when I try to access it via IP it goes just fine, but when I try with the full URL it gives me an Apache error (the one attached to this discussion).

I heard somewhere the problem might be in the settings.php file or the config.php one, but I have no idea on what I am supposed to edit.

Could anyone please help me? It would be appreciated.

Full URL to my forum (not working, as you see): forum.firecraftrevolution.eu
I've also attached the Site Details, just in case something's wrong with them.
In the majority of cases, the Board URL and the Homepage URL are the same.

http://forum.firecraftrevolution.eu should be the same in both lines.

Do you have SSL installed for this website?

If YES, then it should start with HTTPS.
No, I don't have SSL installed (at least, I believe so).

I've tried to do as you said, and now the 404 Error has been replaced by the standard "Can't reach this page"...
Not sure if that's something positive or negative.

EDIT: my bad. It did that when I tried to make it start with HTTPS. I've replaced the IP with the full URL and it still gives me the 404 error.
Review your settings.php and make sure it matches what you have inputted in the Site Details page.
