I only installed the common BootBB and these few plugins.

In the second picture what you see is that when you hover with the mouse over links, they all disappear.

In the third picture, ignoring admin notifications won't work, the notification will keep nagging even if you decide to ignore.

Int the fourth picture, that's what happens when you try to restore a post.

I am at a loss with so many problems.

Looks like you have a JS error. Can you check your console log?

I haven't dealt with this in a long time, please tell me where can I check that out.

So, should I give up? Is there anyone available to help at all?

These are theme template errors. If the ignore is not working then the templates to check are the modcp_modqueue templates.
