This plugin
MySteam-Powered, It gives the user permission to integrate his Steam ID by attaching his Steam profile link Or any other person Steam profile link which is not belongs to him (Thief) And that's a loophole..
And it's working fine. My request is that i want the user to integrate his account by authenticate. If the user wants to integrate his Steam ID, He must be redirected to Steam Login verification to get sure that he is the real owner of this Steam account. For your information i found this option in many sites using MyBB forum. I searched a lot to find something like i'm talking about. But at last i found nothing
And all my hope is to find anyone here to help me in doing this.

He is saying this will require custom modification to the plugin. You'd have to find a developer to talk to and work on price to get wht u want live on ur site . can try to contact the dev directly here ->

The developer of this plugin is inactive since a long time. His Last Visit: 11-13-2014, 11:04 PM

I did not see anyone mocking you. You are misunderstanding the posts.
If that is true that the developer has not been active on MyBB since 2014, that does NOT mean that the author is not active in other places.
Take the advice of posting a thread
HERE and be prepared to pay someone to either update that plugin or make you a new plugin.

Also something for your information, The developer of MySteam-Powered is not active anymore wherever in GitHub & MyBB.
Plus he did not add any other contacts to his both accounts of GitHub & MyBB.
So where i can contact the developer, whose had been inactive in his both accounts for a long time till now, GitHub & MyBB?!
There is no benefit of useless posts here.

iKsu, you'd better try to read each word of the answers : @makpaolo said you to query for
a developper, not the plugin developper himself. And adapting the plugin to work as you want won't be a free development, because it's complex, so post your request in
Requests / Services / Jobs to hire
a developper.

As Crazycat has stated, you need to find a new developer to take that plugin and make it work for you.
It will NOT be FREE. You have to pay someone to do this job for you.
If you do not understand what we are trying to tell you, then we cannot help you.
