I may be wrong on this, but the author had "promised" that he would bring the links to the Gold version of Coderme Donations, but has not done so. It has been at least 4-5 months now and I feel that he is going to abandon this project completely.
I would go with Bankpipe by Shade for now. At least he is active and will be planning more features for Bankpipe.

Bankpipe does not accept crypto atm. I bought it earlier today as I am looking for the same thing as you.
