Currently is only way to sell plugins and themes in Requests/Services/Jobs, but I think here should be plugins shop, little bit like a Extend, but there will developers will sell he plugins and themes. Paying system should be this:

1. User who want to buy plugin/theme, add money to he account with PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.
   
2. User buy plugin/theme and money will be transfer to developer
   
3. Developer can payout money to PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.
   

We have discussed about this to extend the extend to support paid extend authors.
Being a non profit organization there were no clear decision on how the payments will be handled. If the payments are handled by authors at their end then it will turn more like a showcase rather than a shop.
So the discussion about extending extend didn't extend further.
