I need this react-like feature that loads pages except the header (because in the header I put iframe video and I don't want it to be stopped during moving each pages and posts of the forums), is there such a plugin doing this?

No, you can't. To do this, you have to modify everything to change links to an ajax load of the container div.

Actually this is possible -->
ThunderBoard. However it's kinda hacky and most of custom themes break it as of now.
