Here's what I've done.
I backed up my database a few days ago.
This morning, my database disappeared from the face of the planet.
I made a new database, but PhpMyAdmin keeps crashing when I try to upload the backup.

right i think its my host thing, they have it framed and likely thats the problem (so those using Yahoo it won't work in firefox) but i do believe the standard phpMyAdmin works fine in firefox (sorry about that, i never knew that mine was different)
