I would like to remove the Privacy Policy on registration in my forum just like mybb forum when you sign up.

That's not included in default MyBB, so you have to remove it from your theme's template. Check your member_register template under Member Templates.

I removed {$invite_input} nothing happens, the Privacy Policy is there.

When I tried to remove {$passboxes} on line 25 this happened, the Privacy Policy got remove and also the password box.
