Hello, do you know how to secure our theme styles (.css) ? Because anyone just has to inspect the element and take my global.css for example. (same for all the other style .css)

It's not possible to do this.

Any file which must be read by the browser (html, css, pictures, javascript) can not being protected.
You can minimize them, so they are harder to read, but the browser development tools can display them human-friendly.
