I think the PurgeSpammer-Feature would also be useful for guest-posts ... I have written myself a quick version, would contribute to making it a core feature.
My Code does:
Get the IP of a Post and the corrosponding Posts&Threads of that IP.
Because this can lead to selecting false-positives in rare cases, the selected content is shown on the confirm-Page.
The Patch and the templates are attached if they help someone, but please note that this is just a quick version at the moment, not a clean one.
P.S.: Sorry, V1 of the patchfile contained a XSS-Vulnerability, sorry this shouldn't have happened
