Also, I have hired Neo, for years. I don't think His rates are not as cheap as you are proposing in your bid, for quick, supported and quality work, you should be willing to pay $40 per hour.

Pricing on my thread varies on plugin/job request. I pay my devs how much they deserve for that job, not per hour. And $40 per hour for this work? That is how much pilots make.
