Any way to limit the size of the pictures posted on the profile comments? I'm using a responsive theme but I also would like to limit the size of the pictures allowed, to prevent people to post pictures that are too big

You can use CSS to auto-resize the images in posts.
Edit your Postbit Template and add 'scaleimages' to the post_body element:

<div ... class="post_body scaleimages">...
