How can I make the header welcome block stick? Meaning, as you scroll through the forum, the welcome block will follow with it.
For example, this is my header:

(placed above logo)
Now, if i Scroll down through my website (whether it is a thread, or index, or profile, etc) -- I would like this to still be visible (that way no need to scroll back up, everything is there)
What is the best way to do this guys? Thanks
