Hello and thanks in advance,

I prefer to let new members post right away, so I require a security question and don't make folks wait.

I'd like to send new members a boilerplate "welcome, here's what's allowed and expected here" message automatically.

I couldn't find anything likely in the Control Panel and found nothing in the forum docs. Probably I'm not entering the right search term.

I doubt I'm the first person who wanted to do this. Can someone help?
