I want all groups of my website to appears in homepage.

For example:

• Administrators , Super Moderators , Moderators , Banned

What you see there is from a specific theme.

Like on my website, only 1 theme shows exactly what you see in the screenshot that you showed. The other themes do not have this. 

Some themes have it, others do not.

Whatever theme you are using, you will have to add code into the 'Who's Online' section of the code. 

If users want to know who is staff, all they have to do is click on the 'Forum Team' link.
