Back in the day there were about half a dozen sites selling MyBB themes, but it seems like the theme market has dried up quite a bit since then. So what are the reputable sites that sell themes these days? Thanks in advance.

Easiest way is to go to the MyBB.com Extend section, find a theme that you like and check to see if the theme author has a website that you can visit for possible paid themes.

There are at least 5 theme authors that frequent MyBB.com and all of them have at least 1 free theme posted in the Extend section.
