How can I set new registrations to allowed in phpmyadmin. 

I can't logon normally so would like to try a new registration.  But I set this to off a while ago to discourage russian spammers!

So what is the field name and in which dataset is it?

In the _settings table look for "disableregs" and set the value to 0.

You’ll need to delete ./inc/settings.php after doing this too so it can regenerate.

I did the above and now registrations are allowed.
