Shows plugin errors and it appears on the top side of the site on every page.

Also, I am not able to login to the admin panel. If I did it (ACP) and look for the next page the page refresh and came to the same login page to log in again.

If I can not access the ACP then how could I disable the plugin if this is the issues...

Try disabling your MyAdvertisements plugin

or moving myadvertisements.php in inc/plugins to a temporary folder called plugins2

Ok,
This is done and it appears fine on the homepage but there are still errors. It seems me all the plugins have issues...

As I mentioned above I can not log in to ACP and can not handle any action there because it redirects me to the login page each time I click any link there.

As it appears there (error to all the plugins): Admin CP
