Try to have a look in your server logs, you will find which page provocs this error.
Usually, it's a typo in a php file which makes it incomprehensible by the server. You can reupload MyBB files (if you didn't makes change in the core) to correct that.
I'm not a programmer though, so I wouldn't know how to do that and what the typo is if there is one.
