Plugin is disabled and deleted from plugins folder but this is the result.

Go into the database with phpMyAdmin or a similar GUI and delete the extra rows in the settingsgroup database.
It looks like this can be done inside the ACP: https://community.mybb.com/thread-79269.html

YES! I did it in the ACP on the following URL: forumurl*/admin/index.php?module=config-settings&action=manage
