I need free hosting that supports everything to host this forum.
I cant find any good hosts and i have looked at a lot.
The reason I am asking personally is because I dont want any ads on my website (although I would put a text link if needed)
Please can you help me?

There is no such thing as free hosting without any compromise.
If you want a cheap option than go with shared hosting. If you are advance user than go with VPS hosting or even dedi but it depends on your forum size.

The hoster has been around for X years (German hoster). They have built themselves up with free offers and these are still available - even without advertising. The support is very accommodating. You have everything you need for the forum.
It's not the end of the world to set aside five dollars each month for reliable Web hosting.
"Free" in free hosting simply means that you aren't charged any money in exchange for your data and being advertised to. As well, they usually have really bad security, due to so many clients who are too cheap to even get their own domain name. This is why most forums and blogs fail. If you don't value your work enough to get a reliable host and a good domain name, then you're pretty much out of luck.

Namecheap isn't bad they have a great control panel, not free but it's incredibly cheap.

Tested a few year ago, with a small mybb forum (dev platform with 5 users), forum offline regularly.
If they don't change their free offer, avoid them.

The real facts about free web hosting are:
1. Hidden cost: They are offering so many facilities and services but when you purchase it then they will charge you as per your need.
2. Lack of security: Once they sold their product they will not giving security to your date,the result is we can lose our data.
3. Zero support: They will not give any customer support at right ht time with the right solution. Finally, you will get fade up with their services.
If you want a cheap web host then I will suggest you to go with hostinger .com. They are super cheap and majority of web hosting reviews websites recommend it Nowadays.
