I have installed the plugin: https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=425

And it seems that the ban reason does not appear for all users, but only moderators and higher. There aren't any settings for this plugin in the ACP, so I am wondering if I am missing something?

I made a test on a local forum, anyone allowed to view profile sees the reason.

Can you give me a link to a banned profile on your forum ?

He was able to resolve for me. I had display: none; in one of my css.
