Hello,
So I recently put my website together and I tried putting a picture signature of the website logo in my signature so it would show I was a part of the website’s staff team. I put and all it shows is the name of the picture file.
Please help me.
[EDIT]
It's no failure - it's a wrong link from your image hosting service (imgur.com).
Your link is just the reference link to the image hoster, not the picture file
Find the correct link to your image as a full qualified URL!

Where do I find the ACP page?

Did you use a full qualified URI for this image, e.g. "https : // ... / ... / picture.png"?

Ok, It is a kind of suppression of the image hoster to not allow linking imaged directly. You can use their "embed code" only for external linking.
Indeed it is no good idea to be dependent of third party files.
Host yourself!
Download the file and upload this file to your own webspace (to be free from restrictions and dependencies!) Then link the local file as IMG in your signature.

Your signature code isn't correct.
