I'm trying to set the avatar with this image on my forum.
Size and weight is inside the limits.
If I try to upload it, it says the image is not valid. If I try to set with an url, the url is invalid.
I did the same thing here and it worked as url because it was too large to upload.
Avatars dir is chmod 777 on my forum.
What's wrong though?
This has been happening to me as well.
Use Discord for uploading a profile picture.
I tried with .jpg .png
I'm trying with other images and every file fails to be uploaded.

Edit: nothing, there is already format present in attachment formats allowed as avatar for png and jpg. It still says "invalid file".

The image is corrupt.
Actually it works fine, so it must be something going on with your forum settings.
Check ACP -> Settings -> Profile Options.
If you have the default 25K then change it something higher.

The normal way on my test forum. The image is fine. just change the default 25K setting to be higher.
I set 3mb as avatar size limit but it still says failed to upload, try with a valid file.
If i attempt to use it on mybb.com it works and limit is lower too.
