All users registering on the forum are using the IP of my web host, not their real IP. Therefore I can't see what their true IP is which will be an issue if anyone decides to try and spam my forum. What could be causing this? Thanks.
Are you using nginx + php-fpm ? If yes, read https://easyengine.io/tutorials/nginx/fo...s-real-ip/
If you're using another configuration, tell us which.

How can I tell what my web host is using?

Try set Scrutinize User's IP address? to 'Yes' in your MyBB's AdminCP, under AdminCP > Configuration > Settings > Server and Optimization Options. If your MyBB still cannot well recognize user IPs, you may want to look into your configurations of web server / cache engine / reverse proxy server and/or cloud CDN.

View AdminCP > Tools & Maintenance > View PHP Info page.

That worked. Thank you. Smile
I have the same problem: if I lookup the IP information every IP is from cloudflare or hosting IPs.
I have just set to YES scrutinize option. It changed nothing but maybe I should wait some time?

I noticed this problem seeing Google Analytics summary, that it was tracking only me when my forum stats show 50 visitors!
