Hi all
I teach paid classes on a private forum. Each class becomes a new Usergroup. Many folks take more than one class, so they have multiple usergroups. It takes several clicks per person to add them to a usergroup, so...
I tried importing folks into a new class/usergroup by ticking their boxes in Browse Users, then clicking Change Users' Usergroup. That worked fine for adding to the new group, but it deleted all their previous usergroups. I had to go around and add them back by hand (fortunately it was only a few people).
Is there a way of batch adding folks that will retain their previous usergroups? Or is there a plugin that might do this (or at least retain the usergroups they have)?
Many thanks!
Alia
