i haven't touched this code in years but decided to give it another go so ive installed the dvz shoutbox from the plguin area and had errors where it wouldn't show i then read up that (considering at the time) you have to be on php 5.4 i went into my cpanel and downgraded my php from 7.0 to 5.4 then tried again to install the shout plugin i was then presented with this error in which i have no idea how to fix , if anyone could help that would be great
