I just installed mybb and when I went to the url and the admin url I got a message about English not installed despite following all the install direction quite carefully. Any ideas on how this can be fixed? Thank you.
Try redownloading the latest mybb download and reuploading it.

Where is this file located?

It would be in the inc folder. If you don't see the correct files make sure to download mybb from the correct site.
