We have a character of the month thing on our site, but our players don't want to be able to see the poll results after they vote. Is there a way for me to disable their ability to view the results entirely (but they still need to be able to actually vote)?
Without having a closer look to, you may remove all templates relating to polls but keep only these templates:
showthread_poll
showthread_poll_option
showthread_poll_option_multiple
These are the only template with the form and options to vote. Of course remove the "show_results" link as well
Dismiss the rest of the templates and the forum is not able to show results anymore.
That's worth a try for the easiest solution.
