Hello,

How can i give my members the option to pick one of the 3 themes i got on my forum? 
I mean i want my members to  pick one of the 3 themes that it suits them 

and one is the default one

AdminCP - Configuration - General Configuration - Show Theme Selector in Footer

Two options are available, the first being the ucp edit options theme selection and the second being enabling the theme selector in the footer.
