I recently installed mybb for my swapusdbd forum. The goal is to build a community to buy sell US dollar using different payment processor and also exchange with my local currency which is BDT.

After installing I tried to create a test user account to see if everything is working well. But it seems, in my first attempt I got issue. Please check the member list of my forums: https://www.swapusdbd.com/forums/memberlist.php 

ranktest and ranktest2 both are me and in both account I have tried everything to receive Account Activation email but no luck yet.
In the admin panel mail setting, I have PHP mail as mail handler.

I have checked the spam, trash, forum etc folder of my mail client. No activation email at all.

What am I missing? Please help.

PHP mail() may not work at server level. If you're using a shared hosting, ask the hosting provider for help about sending mails. Otherwise, you might wish to use SMTP which requires an external mail service that provides SMTP.

I am with namecheap and yes I have shared hosting. I have other sites which are working fine though in fact the main site https://swapusdbd.com/ is working fine in sending emails.

What kind of help you think I should ask from namecheap?
