So I think there are some bad files in my directory and I'm wondering how can I backup my forum and restore it (WITH ANY ADDITIONAL STUFF LIKE: LIKES, ADVERTISMENTS, PLUGIN FILES, ETC) just mybb normal files with users forums, links, thread links, etc.

Any help?!

From there you can check the changed files and replace them with files from fresh mybb copy.

You can backup existing files, delete them on the server and upload the original ones for your version from https://mybb.com/versions/ + old inc/config.php.
