rate and report buttons are not working

im using flow theme.


also when i try to edit header templete it gives me this erroro

Have your forum lost some files? Or the file permissions forbid you to read?

Also looks like it's the result of using mod_security on Apache, but I'm not sure.

The theme is out of date and you will have many problems besides this.
